Linda Asaf is dedicated to helping children on the most fundamental level. She is the Founder and Producer of the charity fashion show, Runway to Heaven™, which in just two short years has donated over $120,000 to local children's charities:

  - The Dell Childrens Medical Center Foundation of Central Texas

  - The Austin Children's Center

  - Heart House

On November 7, 2009, Runway to Heaven welcomed a fashionable group of 450 guests to the event that was held at the Austonian Condominiums in the heart of downtown Austin. The skies opened up after a day or cold rain just in time to create a beautiful evening for the show.

Major sponsor, Glossy Magazine, announced the Glossy 8, Austin's eight most noteworthy style makers. The show featured international labels Versace, and Poleci, as well as Linda Asaf's own collection and emerging designer, Alex King. Poleci's head designer, Jeffrey Chow, and CEO, Jean Claude Huon, flew in from NYC for the event.

The show generated so much press worthy buzz that Austin Mayor Leffingwell declared November 7th 'Runway to Heaven Day'.

There were many, many volunteers, donors, sponsors, and supporters who helped make this event such a continued success. Our deepest gratitude goes out to all those who contributed.
