Linda Asaf began her professional fashion career in New York City in 1992 by running a national fashion company and eventually launching her own line. She honed her fashion design skills by studying at the Fashion Institute of Technology and learning from the best in the industry.
Ms. Asaf shared resources with exceptional designers like Vera Wang, Bill Blass and Badgley Mischka among others. Through this experience, she gained knowledge of the finest design techniques and resources in the world. In all, New York City was a defining experience and proved to be a cornerstone for her fashion career.
Linda is proud to base her business in Austin, TX. She gets immense satisfaction from working directly with her clients and believes strongly in contributing to the local economy. All production is done by local, highly trained tailors who have commercial sewing experience in better garments and bridal gowns.
She also produces a charity fashion show called 'Runway to Heaven' that has raised over $110,000 to help support local children's charities.
Linda Asaf is a graduate of Columbia Business School and holds MBAs in Finance and Marketing. In addition to being a talented designer, she has also enjoyed a successful business career working for Fortune 500 companies including Citibank, Young & Rubicam and IBM.
When she is not designing, you can catch her -or try to- racing sailboats on the weekends.
